Returns & Replacements:
Because each item is personalized, returns aren’t accepted unless the piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Proof Approvals:
For designs requiring a proof, production begins once you’ve approved your preview. Please double‑check spelling, dates, and artwork before confirming.
