Can I shop in-person or pick up my order at the Studio?

We are unable to take walk-in traffic at our Studio. If you are local and want to discuss an order or project, we'd be happy to arrange a meeting.

What if I need to get in touch about my order?

If you need to contact us for any reason, you can email, call or message us on Facebook for a reply within 24 hours.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $50 Ship Free. This includes custom orders. Regular orders below $50 ship at a flat rate of $8. Oversized orders may have higher shipping costs which will be available in the shopping cart.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Custom or large orders do require more time.

What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

For Website orders, we accept all major credit cards, as well as Google, Apple and Shop Pay. Additionally for local in-person orders, we accept cash or checks with proper ID.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. For complete information, see our Refund and Returns page.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Clearance and Last Chance Items are also non-returnable items. For more about Returns, please see our Refund and Return Policy.
