Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We love treating our customers. We regularly share exclusive promo codes, early access to new releases, preorder opportunities, and special discounts with our email subscribers. If you enjoy first dibs and a good deal, our list is the place to be.

Are your products handmade?

Many of our items are handcrafted or finished in‑studio. Product pages include details about materials and engraving.

Do you offer wholesale or business accounts?

Yes! We work with businesses, organizations, and event planners. Contact us for bulk pricing or custom branding options.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Orders can be canceled before production begins.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! Local pick‑up is available at our studio in Cadiz, KY. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pick‑up instructions.

Can I shop at the studio in person?

At this time, the studio is not open for walk‑in shopping. However, local pick‑up is always available, and we occasionally host pop‑ups and events.

Do you offer local delivery?

We currently offer local pick‑up only.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. Many of our items are gift boxed and ready to give. If you’d like to include a gift note, feel free to add it in the order notes at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

How do you use my personal information?

We only use your information to process your order, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience. We never sell your data.

Shipping and Returns

How much is regular shipping?

Orders over $50 Ship Free. This includes custom orders. Regular orders below $50 ship at a flat rate of $8. Oversized or custom orders may have higher shipping costs which will be available in the shopping cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order ships, but once it’s in transit, we’re unable to reroute packages.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary by product. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link for updates. If it appears lost, contact us and we’ll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. This includes APO and FPO military addresses.

What is your return policy?

Non‑custom items may be returned within the timeframe listed on our Returns page, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Custom items follow a separate policy (see Custom Orders FAQ).

What items are final sale?

Clearance items, seasonal items, and any product marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Order Questions

How long do custom orders take?


Most custom orders are ready within up to 14 days. Larger orders of 5+ cases may take up to 28 days. Production begins once any required proof is approved.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Many custom items include discounted bulk pricing for weddings, events, businesses, and group orders.

Can I order just one item?

Absolutely — every custom product can be ordered as a single piece or in larger quantities.

Do I get to see a proof before you make my order?

If your design requires layout approval, we’ll send a digital proof. Please review all spelling, dates, and details carefully — production begins after you approve the proof.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Once a proof is approved, changes can’t be made without restarting the order. Approved proofs are considered final.

What file types do you accept for custom artwork?

.SVG is preferred, but we can work with most common file types. If there’s an issue with your upload, we’ll reach out to help you get the best engraving result.

Will the engraving wear off?

No — engraving is permanent and won’t wash or rub off with normal use.

How should I care for my custom item?

Hand‑wash only with mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, dishwashers, and microwaves.

Are custom orders returnable?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are not returnable.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. If the issue is due to our production error, we make it right.

How much does shipping cost?

Custom order shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Most custom orders ship via UPS.
